Nostalgic Remembrance
The original inspiration behind Adhwaq, The Nostalgic Remembrance Project is now housed under ACSCA. The focus of this endeavor is to bring arts from the Arab world to a larger audience in the West. This includes translations of Arabic literature and workshops on Arabic music.
Gibran in Arabic
A daily live series led by our founder, resident artist and educator Dr. Ali Hussain. Each episode journeys through Khalil Gibran’s rasa’il (Arabic letters) to contemporaries of his time, such as Amin al-Ghrayyib.
